Subject:  Kansas Turkey hunt
Jim,
I wanted to again THANK YOU for such a wonderful turkey hunt in Kansas.  The four of us all had such a truly blessed hunting trip.  After all how many times can four ole boys from Kentucky come up and harvest 7 beautiful long beards and a jake all by 1030 of the second day of hunting.
The lodging and all of the other accommodations were excellent. The great attitude of you and your staff (Justin) was second to none.  It was a trip of a lifetime full of memories that will be re-lived in my mind forever.
I would recommend you and your staff to any turkey hunter wanting to enjoy a great hunt, in a wonderful place, and a plentiful population of the Rio Turkey.  The harvest of 8 birds was great but hunting trips are built on much more than that, like friends being made for a lifetime, and the small things like getting to help you with the pheasant population and our meals together.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of sharing a little bit of heaven on earth.  I will be back,  hopefully for the upland game hunt in December and look for me next spring.  I have taken 3 grand slams now and have had a lot of great hunts in several different states; however, they take a back seat to the experience we just finished sharing with you.
Thanks again for the hunt of a lifetime.  I am already dreaming about coming back!!

Jim,
I have attached of few pictures from our Kansas hunt with Call of The Wild Outfitters.  I would like to reiterate Mike's comments above.  I enjoyed the hunt with you & Justin as much as any hunt I've been on.  I was impressed by the number of turkeys you have and your interest in helping our group fill all of our tags.  I hope you guys have been able to dodge the bad weather that has been on the rampage in Kansas.  We'll be in touch.
Thanks, Shawn Holt

Hey Jim,  How are ya?  Just wanted to write and say thanks for the turkey hunt.  As usual you had birds everywhere. We got some great footage!!!!  I also found one of your big buck sheds on the place we call the wilderness area.  I will bring it when we come up to bow hunt.  Thanks MR JIM.  Darrell Wright

Let’s see:
26 degrees, 22 mph winds, 7 inches of snow…WOW! Now that is saying something when my Dad and I still got our 4 turkeys.  When we arrived my hopes were so down but I figured we would be just making snowmen. Ha ha  I talked to you that day before our hunt(we both knew the blizzard was coming) and you told me that we would still get our birds, I was somewhat skeptical on that happening.  But you were right!! Got two Friday and two Saturday.  In Arkansas, THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN!!  Watching a strutting longbeard walking through the snow with the sun shining and gobblin’ his head is probably the prettiest thing I’ve ever witnessed. Justin did a great job putting us where the turkeys were and accommodated us very well.  The room was great….The food was great…..The hunting was great….even though the weather set records that weekend.  I just want to tell you a big “THANK YOU” for treating us right!!! My Dad and I don’t have the chance to spend as much time together as we would like and this trip went down as probably the best memory me and him have together. Thanks Mr. Jim!!!  See ya next year!!!

Dear Jim,
Just wanted to thank you again for giving me the opportunity to hunt the Kansas Youth season.  This is an experience I will never forget and cherish the memories forever.  I hope to come back to Kansas to kill a Buck and another Turkey.  Thanks again!!
P.S.  My Grandma made you a sweater.

Jim--Thanks for being such a gracious host to us this weekend.  It was obvious that you had done your "homework" and put us in the middle of lots of turkey.  It was fun seeing the "guide side" of you this weekend, and obvious that you are truly doing something you enjoy.  We all had a great time & the newcomers were very complimentary of your setup.  I hope your spring continues to be a good one, and lots of gobblers go down these closing weeks.
Stafford County truly holds a special place in my heart---and Steve's too.  We are ready to return in November.  Thanks Again, Philip
